The Makah Tribe is in Phase 3 of the Makah COVID-19 Public Health Protocol On March 22nd, the Makah Tribal Council enacted Health Order 03-21 and approved a revision in the Makah COVID-19 Public Health Protocols. The Makah Indian Reservation is still in Phase 3, which means that indoor social gatherings are limited to 10, while outdoor gatherings are not limited. For individuals who are Fully Vaccinated, gathering without face masks and social distancing is allowed as long as no children with risk of severe illness are present. If a child is around who has a condition that might make them get more sick if they got COVID, everyone should wear a mask. For residents of Neah Bay who travel, if they are Fully Vaccinated and if they only interact with other adults who are Fully Vaccinated, they do not need to do a Preventive Quarantine upon returning to Neah Bay. COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics Offered Every Wednesday Vaccine clinics are held every Wednesday at the Community Hall from 9 am - 5 pm. Walk-ins are welcome.
