Clallam County is still high risk at 3.7% positive tests
57 active cases

5 current hospitalizations
12 total fatalities (none new)

Washington State Data

Variant B.1.1.7 - now called Alpha- 33 cases in Clallam County
Variant B.1.429 - now called Epsilon - 5 cases in Clallam County
Variant B.1.526 - now called Iota - 1 case in Clallam County

Data clearly connects the increase in vaccinations with a decrease in COVID deaths.

Vaccinations in Neah Bay

Moderna vaccine - Clinic on Fridays - 18+
Pfizer - Community Gym on Thursdays - 12+
Johnson and Johnson - as requested - one dose for 18+

All folks with one or more vaccines at the STIHC have been entered into the WA State lottery.

Makah EOC Updates

Mask and sanitizer distribution on July 21 at the Village Market
Stay hydrated during the heat wave; check on Elders and family members and don't forget your pets!

Practice proactive measures to stay healthy - practice social distancing and continue to wear masks in public spaces.
